It is often quoted that it is important to enhance creativity and therefore support innovation processes within organisations. This workshop will consider the complex and ambiguous nature of creativity. Participants will be introduced to the concepts of creativity and its importance within organisation. Participants will also be introduced to LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and asked to use this methodology to work on a topic defined by the facilitator.
